I'll start by wishing you all a very Merry Happy New Year. There is no reason not to rejoyce and as usual, I see the coming month in the most positive ways.
This does not mean that it always start on the good foot. It is 7:2 pm and I have past the last 5 hours at work, in front of my mail server, waiting for my ISP to "resume operations". Apparently, their own server was attacked by a nasty virus of the early 90s (sic): Pirate was its name, as I understood it from their explanations.
Anyway, their whole server was lost and they spent the last 2 days rebuilding a new server. Actually, they are the ones who had a pretty bad New Year day. I was only there to remind them not to sleep!
Anyway, all seems to be fine now. I just hope that we haven't lost too many messages, if any.
